Collaborative Culture & Strong Future

Pros

Unique value proposition that resonates with clients and strong growth potential. Culture is most collaborative and supportive I've experienced. Leadership communicates openly and extensively. Exciting to see transformation/integration into one company (from many acquisitions) taking shape.

Cons

As with any company made of acquisitions, some people preferred the old way and have chosen to leave so turnover is higher in the short term. That said, most "legacy" team members are energized by the new direction and, together with the new hires, are helping to elevate our game.

- no growth opportunities for majority of their employees - too many mergers in 4 years - should focus on other departments besides sales - train new hires better
