Pretty much everything that made AutoLoop a great place to work has either been removed or severely downgraded since the Affinitiv "merger" (aka buyout, but no one at the top will actually openly admit it). Whatever benefits were not outright removed (IE: employer 401k match) were replaced with the cheapest possible option, like whatever their sad excuse for "health insurance" is, which is basically an out of network plan that most healthcare providers will not accept. Engineering annual salaries are non-competitive (usually $10k-$20k lower than what you could be making elsewhere), and despite the mass exodus of AutoLoop engineers since 2019, none of these positions have been backfilled, and instead the deliverables from the ex-employee's sprint team are delegated to their offshore team in India.

Management, pay, stress levels, work life balance is non existent. They’ll slowly pull your confidence down, making it harder for you to feel confident enough to leave.
