      Pros

      Affinitiv is a fast growing organization that continues to move in a forward exciting direction. Affinitiv has developed a "work from here" policy that has given individuals the opportunity to work remote with options to be in office at times to collaborate and work with our teams! I am amazed by the organizational structure and foundation that has taken place over the past year and continues to improve month after month. Watching the business come together over such difficult times and support their external and internal customers has been reassuring and makes me so proud to be part of the Affinitiv Team!

      Non at this time. All things that could have been a "Con" in the past are items that our organization has been addressing and moving in a positive forward motion!

      This current year's health insurance plan. HR is aware of the struggles with getting the concierge to set up with the different doctors (some have no problem, others are refusing to accept it).
