      Pros

      A flexible schedule is a plus here, the opportunity to work with fun and knowledgeable peers is what earns them 2 stars over 1.

      Cons

      Leadership speaks to transparency but doesn't emulate it. Health insurance is confusing. Pay plans are not easy to understand.

      Pros

      Not many Pros these days under the new “Big Gorilla” Executive Team. The vision for this organization used to be clear and exciting, and there was a time when you felt as though you were working towards an end goal that you could be proud of. That vision, along with the talent, is long gone.

      Cons

      This company has no heart and soul. It’s been sad to see so many talented people pushed to the edge and leave. Our CEO clearly cares more about self promotion and creating a false sense of reality than actually listening to those who have a clue as to what is truly going on behind these walls. Our OEMs are dropping like flies (can’t say I blame them) and it doesn’t look like we will be bringing on any new biz anytime soon (if ever.) Affinitiv has become a joke to the industry and frankly it’s embarrassing to most of us that are still here. All the new job opportunities you see posted isn’t due to growth, it’s based on talent jumping.

      Pros

      Customers love what we do for them. Teams are very engaged and want to go over and beyond. Collaboration has improved now that integration between 7 companies over the past 4 years is now history. There is a #OneAffinitiv culture that everyone is lined up to. And we are growing this year after a rough 2020.

      Cons

      There is a lot happening and some people just refuse to understand what the positive changes are. They will lose out. It's a tough market out there and if you cannot see the how well the company is executing to its new strategy, then you will lose out.
