-They're allowing you to work remote permanently

Cons

I used to work for Autoloop and then we merged with Affinitiv. After the merger, I feel that all perks for this company went away. Their health insurance plan for 2021 is not great plus you have you pay much more for it(at Autoloop we didn't even have to pay for the basic level of health insurance)

Pros

Autoloop was great. Company Parties were lit, Benefits were paid fully for employees, yearly reviews and raises. Affinitiv has killed all of the above when we were purchased.

Cons

No room for growth, even though it was promised. No pay raises in over a year and half. No bonuses. Higher work load without hiring more people. Everyone plays favorites. Operations is completely neglected.
