Pros

Affinitiv benefits have gotten better as the company just recently rolled out some new perks to the associates which we now have 8 hours of volunteer time off which I think is just awesome and definitely plan to use and volunteer in my community with my team. We also have access to Perk Spot which I signed up for discounts with my cell phone carrier, a couple restaurants and HBO Max. I also think the $150 office reimbursement was a great idea. Thank you Affinitiv!

Cons

Lots of meetings, transparency is getting better, communication can improve and so could cross department collaboration but it seems like attitudes of the 'old way of doing things" are improving little by little.

Team environment. Everyone works hard and is working towards the goal of growing the company and the clients business together. I really enjoy all of the people I get to work with everyday.

Cons

Lack of 401K match. Would love this to come back now with the pandemic winding down.

For the most part, it’s a good environment to work in. PTO is pretty standard. The company provides enough training to help entry level employees understand their role. It’s a good place to start right out of college. Overall, things seemed to be slowly improving.

Cons

Not everyone at this company cares a whole lot. There will be helpful people who go out of their way for you and there will also be people who are looking for shortcuts. Pay isn’t that great. Expectations can be unclear at times. Not a ton of room to grow.
