Good collaboration and communication between the various teams. The people are supportive and work well together to achieve their respective goals. Affinitiv continuously strives to improve processes and employee culture, and makes a conscientious effort to promote from within whenever possible.

Affinitiv has a "work from here" policy, that gives employees the opportunity to work remote or to be in office. There is a lot of opportunity for growth. Fast-pace work place. Great work culture.
