I am a fairly new employee having been with Affinitiv for a few months. So far I have had a very positive experience. The interview process was efficient and quick. The recruiter was in constant contact with me and was very up-front about the process. Once hired on, the onboarding mimicked the ease and thoroughness of the interview process- even while working remotely during COVID. I couldn’t have made a better choice to join. I have found Affinitiv to be one of the more collaborative places I have ever worked. Through multiple progressive committees and other group initiatives, there is plenty of opportunity to help facilitate positive change regardless of your department. Outside of work, there are virtual events to keep people engaged as well as give you an opportunity to meet people from other departments that you normally would see in the office. The senior leaders, including the CEO, are very engaged and approachable. Each member of the senior leaders is open to suggestions and willing to listen. It is obvious that Affinitiv is taking steps to better the employee experience and excel the organization.
