      Pros

      I have been a part of the Affinitiv/Autoloop team for numerous years now. The Executive Leadership has set it's sights on the big picture of being first in integrated data-driven solutions for the automotive industry and are achieving that goal in great strides. I am excited to be a part of the technology changes that Affinitiv brings to the table. The Executive Leadership team has brought onboard a great group of leaders that want to see the people in the "trenches" grow and succeed.

      I have a job during the pandemic and flexibility to work from home.

      Affinitiv has completely stripped every benefit of working for the previous company “Autoloop.” They have taken away 401K match, increased the cost of terrible insurance, there is no opportunities for training, and no raises for 2-3 years. They also took away holiday bonuses without any sort of communication. If you get a job here, expect to work 2 jobs at once, but don’t expect any sort of raise, and expect your team to be gone at the end of the year because they can’t keep anyone at the company. They say they are trying to improve culture, but it is just not happening. Everyone is leaving this company for a reason.
