As a relatively new member of the Affinitiv team, it is very evident that this is company that has recently taken a look at itself and underwent some major changes. You can feel it at the office. There is an undercurrent of energy that flows from team to team. A renewed sense of purpose.

Cons

Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything.

Great location Downtown in the Loop near Union Station Office is nice, clean and has a great lobby in the building with a Cafe and Fooda options for lunch Welcoming and knowledgeable coworkers Fun office parties and events that boost morale GROWING company

Cons

Because Affinitiv is a company created from multiple companies merging, there are some things to tweak within the inter-workings of the company but this is something that is being addressed currently.
