Affinitiv offers great benefits and an atmosphere of collaboration and team work. Through all of the chaos this past year has brought, Affinitiv has supported the safety and wellbeing of their employees while also continuing to support clients with quality products. Employees have proven that we don't NEED to be in the same building to be a force to recon with in our industry niche.

Cons

As in most companies, cross-departmental understanding can cause silos. Affinitiv is making a focused effort to improve communication and knowledge between departments so even that Con has a positive focus.

Pros

Supportive, caring and helpful. They have been very flexible during Covid. I started completely remote and my team has been so supportive. I actually enjoy coming to work for the first time in a long time.

Cons

The pay is a bit on the low side for the amount of work that we do. The company is working on that though, and the company culture makes it easier to handle.
