      Pros

      -Casual work environment -Solid vacation package (15 days) -2018 upgrades to our tools that will help in our daily work and our position among competition.

      Cons

      -Within my team the pay seems to be below market average. - Still are transition/growing pains. The toughest part is in the rearview though.

      Affinitiv Gets An A For Effort!

      Pros

      There are so many different opportunities within the Affinitiv network and HR continually tries to make life easier for the employees. No one is standing over the employees micro managing them, hours are flexible when necessary and management has a sympathetic ear. Co-workers are pleasant, many have been here a very long time with the legacy companies and although just about everything is different they're still here and willing to do what is asked of them.

      Cons

      Change is always difficult and there have been major changes since the merger not all of them have been smooth sailing and mistakes have been made but management has made every effort to keep the employees in mind and they're trying hard to make this a great company.
