Marketing entrepreneurial company environment has been a welcome change from rigid corporate structure I came from. This environment is not for everyone (see my con below that consolidation through acquisition comes with some pain), but that means there is opportunity everywhere. I came from a company that had its departments operate in silos, but have had exposure to all different departments since joining Affinitiv. The pay and vacation are good, but I value the experience the most. It is a great opportunity to learn along side a Company in the investment stage of growth, technology, and employees. I don’t view a great job as one that is easy and can count on coming into work knowing exactly what your day will look like because your expectation is the same as the last day. I view a great job as one that provides you experience to better your career. Affinitiv has delivered on that and based on what we have ahead of us, it will continue to deliver.

The Company is reshaping the marketing landscape for OEM's and automotive dealers across the country. Since the merger over 2 years ago, the technology has been refreshed; enabling a different conversation with customers. Still some bumps in the road culturally, but those are not being ignored. They just recently hired a new C-level employee who will help continue the cultural changes.
