Affinity Solutions has a chaotic workplace and environment because our management is too incompetent to fix problems. There have always been communication problems, and things haven't improved for as long as I can remember. I don't think any of our managers even really care about the employees.

Some university students are referring their friends with some fake experience and working with them is horrible. Looks like they take help of outsider to do the job and interviews. Their count is increasing day by day and it's difficult to work with that culture and people.
