Pros

Great pay, benefits, perks, remote first. Max is a great product leader and still very actively leading. Great product and mission.

Cons

Work work work. Morning, day, night, weekends. If you don’t you can keep up with work and are punished. Ask for help and don’t get it.

Business Outlook

Pros

Affirm is an amazing company to work for and represent as a recruiter. The team is Incredibly supportive, talented, kind, hard working, and passionate. I often times feel like we are also at the most perfect time of growth—-sometimes it still feels like a startup but a startup with more process and resources (aka we can move really quickly still but we have more guidelines in space which I feel is good) Couldn’t be more excited about our future!!

Cons

It can get a bit hectic but that’s expected at this stage. We get A LOT of emails
