Pros

It's amazing just how good the benefits program is at Affirm. The Benefits team is super responsive to feedback and it feels like benefits are updated often with new programs. I often feel like everything I need, our Benefits team has thought of that already and is ready to help!

Cons

Life moves fast at Affirm! For some people, the constant change can be difficult to adapt. I think if you come at it with the right mindset, though, it's a good way to grow your career and expand your goals.

Pros

- great pay/salary - product is fine

Cons

- pittsburgh operations values don't align with corporate values - management in Ops are pretty egotistical, and some aren't qualified to bein the positions that they are - lots of politics, toxic work culture - slow to move on ideas - lots of make-work - people seem to be justifying their jobs by overcomplicating everything - Ops leaders are too close to HR, so no one to help employees - some leaders in roles have fancy titles but no experience in operations - everything is focused on risks, so it feels like no risks are taken and thus no innovation is happening - you're just beating the same dead horse - managers, supervisors, leads sell everything to us as good for the company and have drunk the kool-aid, some of them even have tattoos that are affirm branded, and even Max was wierded out by it
