Pros

Company is highly collaborative and has amazing benefits. The away days (paid holidays/mental wellness days) definitely help employees recharge when needed.

Cons

Company operates lean and very horizontal. This leads to many dotted lines and work that needs to be handled and owned by the appropriate teams/SMEs but ends up in the wrong hands. We need to work efficiently but have the proper process and teams in place to scale.
