      Affirm is the kind of place you go when you want to work in an environment with some of the most talented people you'll ever meet in your life. But the people aren't just talented, they are warm, welcoming, collaborative, transparent, and willing to answer any question you might think is dumb. Knowledge is shared freely, growth is encouraged, and the feedback is shared is actionable and empathetic.

      There are a lot of young managers who didn't have proper training, but now the Learning and Development teams are working on implementing manager training.
