- most engineers are talented and bright - compensation is fair - benefits (remote is great) - slack channels are fun and engaging - lots to learn

Cons

- politics: upper management plays favorites — but if you perform well and make yourself visible, you will be recognized - I was expected to work on the weekends - team culture isnt engaging — felt like you are there to work and form work relationships, which is fine if you are okay with that - frequent reorgs - I personally felt like engineers and managers in my department didnt have wlb
