The culture is transparent and based on trust. I've made great strides in my growth and career at Affirm through amazing, impactful opportunities, and with the support of my fantastic manager and team.

Cons

You've had to learn that you were wrong about choosing to work at Affirm. The people that work there, from the Execs on down, truly don't care about anything or anyone. Yet, their tag line is "Affirm Cares"! One of the biggest lies I've ever come across. Avoid this company at all costs!

Typical growing pains for any bay area company - tech debt, trying to find an organizational structure that works, lack of ownership, etc. All being worked on.
