Overall, I feel thankful to work at Affirm every day and am generally excited about the work I'm doing. Affirm is not perfect, but it is the closest company to "my idea of perfect" that I've ever had the privilege of being a part of. -Consistently impressive coworkers who are not only inspiringly intelligent across-the-board, but also care about each other and help each other succeed. -Most employees feel truly connected to the company's mission. Great place to work if you are motivated by helping others, but would rather stay in the for-profit sector vs. non-profit. -We're succeeding! Everyone who works at Affirm is extremely intelligent. Since working here, I have built skills necessary to further my career. I feel a great sense of pride being able to build a product that has such a positive impact on people's lives. Our executives pride themselves on transparency and I am blown away at the honesty and openness Max has with all of his employees.
