      Great place if you value work-life balance

      Pros

      - You can allocate time to contribute to the project. There is no rush as in startups and no inflexibility like in corporations. - People (other engineers across Affirm and management) is really helpful and supportive. - Everything is remote. This was the first place which did remote onboarding right. Process was well documented, went easy and there was no chaos. - Nice additional budgets for tech, lifestyle and food spending

      Cons

      Salary could be higher, but compared to bigger corporations lowering salaries in Polish market, it's understandable.
