- Mission-driven business that's playing in the difficult, but critical space of consumer lending - First-class talent across the organization - Focused, driven co-workers that are excited about what we're doing

Cons

- We still haven't figured everything out; many processes could be improved - TBD on whether this is a con, but with the planned headcount growth, wondering if we can maintain the current culture of humility, drive, and purpose

Good benefits, thanks to the Investor Funding Free food Except the middle management, I believe the rest of the company is super smart.

Cons

Bad worklife balance Predatory lending, which I feel is an unethical business model Worst middle management Not a good place to work if you want to do good to the society
