      Pros

      Many of the teams are very much in sync and rally behind the mission. Makes it incredibly motivating to come into work each day, and the work itself becomes much more efficient. Benefits and perks aren't anything to complain about either.

      Cons

      Very few. Things are changing a lot and you may have to wear many different hats. But that's a growing start up for you! Not much of a con though in my opinion.
