Pros

Strong internal alignment, experienced and thoughtful leadership, established company values and longterm planning, delightful and smart people, good product market fit. Internal support for balance and flexibility on schedule. In general, a very good working environment and great people. Opportunities to grow a career here

Cons

Like any start-up, there can be change and some heavy lifting on projects, but those can also be good things :)
