Pros

- While the hiring process was on the lengthier side, it was extremely valuable in letting me get to know the team and company. I felt very prepared going into my first day. - The legal recruiting team is absolutely amazing. The individual I worked with was super responsive and made sure I was well informed and prepared throughout the process. Truly a delightful experience. - The onboarding process is also top quality. There are plenty of touch points and trainings in the first few weeks that help to ramp up new Affirmers. Even in a remote setting, I felt welcomed and included. - Benefits are unbelievable.

Cons

From an onboarding perspective, I felt that there were some items that could have been addressed prior to the first day. There was a lot to do in the first week, and much of it probably could have been done beforehand (rather than having a whirlwind of tasks to complete within a very short window).
