      Pros

      Affirm is an amazing company to work for and represent as a recruiter. The team is Incredibly supportive, talented, kind, hard working, and passionate. I often times feel like we are also at the most perfect time of growth—-sometimes it still feels like a startup but a startup with more process and resources (aka we can move really quickly still but we have more guidelines in space which I feel is good) Couldn’t be more excited about our future!!

      It can get a bit hectic but that’s expected at this stage. We get A LOT of emails

      Pros

      Good pay/benefits, Folks are dedicated hard working individuals.Lots of room for career advancement. That was something that was supported at Affirm.

      Cons

      Lots of cooks in the kitchen when it comes to getting agenda items across the line. Culture can be a bit more interactive within ERG groups. A bit of growing pains as the company is growing and hiring rapidly
