      Pros

      Great work culture, lots of extra benefits. Peers are very helpful and intelligent. remote work schedule is very very.

      Cons

      They do a lot of talk about employee appreciation, but then later force and 2023 without any notice and honestly, it was done in a very uncompassionate way. Management did not even reach out to me after to check in so it made me feel like the leadership qualities are just all talk.
