Company was going through a lot of changes, and teams were very disjointed. Decision making within the B2B group was chaotic at best. It felt like upper management were setting unrealistic/unobtainable goals that had little to no input from actual teams.

People are smart. WLB is great. Fully remote (depending on your preference, this can be a con).

Cons

Stock is not going anywhere, so that dampens the motivation significantly. Otherwise, very team-dependent. Infra is a mess. Fully remote (depending on your preference, this can be a pro).
