take great care of employees amazing benefits including monthly stipends for technology, food, lifestyle - about $700 monthly Company stocks monthly work remotely company pays 100% health premiums for the full family additional company holidays almost every month great people

Pros

- Away days - Company actually cares about the financial wellbeing of their employees - Good severance package during the layoffs

Cons

- Developer experience is the worst I've experienced in my career - far too much to list here and I don't want PTSD - Management is largely clueless, devoid of actual tangible goals and every project/initiative is reactive as opposed to proactive, leading to constantly scrapped and replaced projects - Tons of red tape preventing developers from getting the real beneficial changes done ahead of the product development curve, leading to an ever escalating amount of tech debt
