Pros

None. Seriously. Worst job I ever had.

Cons

No sense of unity, you are stuck at your desk all day taking phone calls, and supervisors are worthless and won't take calls. I literally told them after training that none of us in the class were ready to go on the phones. They didn't care. You are nothing more than a warm body. I have never just quit a job, but I was so happy I quit this one.

Pros

Employee Appreciation week is a great time. They do give you PTO, and have paid holidays most companies do not have. They give you free lunches to try and make up for the stress of the job. They have prizes to keep morale up in the work place.

Cons

Co Workers? Might as well not have any. You don't leave your desk, except lunch and breaks. This is 100% phone job. You are paid just to get yelled about about people's claims not being paid or paid on time. They have a very specific way they want you to do the call, and if you don't you get coached on it constantly. They give you PTO after 90 days, but good luck using it. you get 40 hours unscheduled PTO. The remainder must all be scheduled. And it's a rolling year. SO even though you have PTO, if you didn't plan on being sick after you used the unscheduled....you will be written up. There is no break on the phone. EVER. Always call after call, always in queue. Advancement opportunities are not likely. You would have to be there for years before one came open, and chances are someone has been there for longer and will be considered. You don't develop relationships, because you just can't.
