      Pros

      If you were in their favor, they would give you deals that came in or that came up after someone had left because of the huge turnover.

      Cons

      There were so many people working there that you would walk in a company's door and three people had already been there at 10 in the morning. Management would hire their wives and give them percentages of your deals as splits when they hadn't been involved in the deal. Heck, they probably hadn't been out of their house that day. Companies hang up on you constantly or tell you to get out of their business because they are so tired of Aflac reps continuously bothering them, telling them the same thing over and over..

      Pros

      Aflac is a great company to work with. Your earning potential is only limited by how hard you want to work. I enjoy helping people and it is such a good feeling when you help someone file a claim and the money that Aflac pays them helps to save their home, feed their family, and pay their bills while they are not able to work.

      Cons

      Sometimes the sales cycle comes in peaks and valleys. It is important to plan your day, week, month, and work your plan to minimize those peaks and valleys.

      Pros

      Family oriented, really showed that they cared about their employees. The company truly believed in "one team, one dream" concept! I was sad I had to leave but I enjoyed my 15 years of experience with the company and I have nothing bad to say about the organization. As a matter of fact, although I am no longer employed with the company, if I here other people say anything bad, it bothers me. I still have loyalty for this organization although I have been gone since 2012
