Pros

Short hours, sometimes easy. They will hire most people

Cons

Heavily dependent on the quality of your supervisor and chapter leader. If they are bad, the job is hard and the chances seem to be higher than normal. Low worker retention, unsupportive higher ups, lack of supplies, and hostility with contracted school can make for a glorified babysitting position where you are sacrificed for everyone’s sins.

Had fun with the kids.

Cons

Worked to the point of exhaustion, constant emails, asked to maintain program growth without proper support or additional resources.
