Pros

- Great Pay - VERY friendly and professional atmosphere - Everyone is passionate about their work - Wonderful opportunity to work with kids

Cons

- Typical Non-profit shortcomings: Grants mean weird rules have to be followed - Sometimes they let us WFH but every minute needed to be accounted for

Pros

It is an amazing to work with youth by providing them guidance and mentorship. It is an amazing opportunity if you are considering working with youth and in education as a career.

Cons

The organization lacks man power to properly staff and support on-the-ground staff at their sites. Due to the lack of supplies at sites as well, it makes me think they also lack funding for the sites.
