WFH, tech perks, great HR and Recruiting team.

Cons

Worst onboarding I’ve ever experienced. Unrealistic 30-60-90 day expectations. 90 days to close 40k but sales cycle is six months on an inbound + implementation. The math ain’t mathing lol. Sales leadership seemed lost and no true vision.
