The most supportive development opportunities, great detail in understanding credit in a variety of ag industries. Lots of knowledgeable and personable resources to lean on.

Cons

Under-staffed teams with highly selective hiring process. Expectation to correct other department deficiencies and cover gaps. High overall turnover difficult to manage long term objectives. Sincere distrust of certain related/internal departments. Significant redundancy with little interest to revise and improve.
