great benefits, lots of exciting work. most of the people worked with are great, some stuck in their old ways, but that's every company

Cons

HR department sucks, I was talked out of taking FMLA then got fired few months after getting out of the hospital. Getting cobra was a struggle, and new employer tried contacting them to verify employment dates and they never responded.

The pay is ok.

Cons

Training is done by people who do not know what their doing. Training material not organized and some of it is incorrect. If you can learn over 200+ systems without a lot of hands on from your trainers, this is the job for you. Just be prepared to communicate heavily via email or IM, which creates room for a lot of misunderstanding because sometimes text can be taken out of context. Poor training method. But don’t make any mistakes and don’t ask any questions DURING TRAINING, you won’t be good enough for them. Management does not interact with you either.
