Pros

Most people are truly genuine down to earth to work with.

Cons

The upper management doesn't truly know what the regular employees are doing. The company does not appear to notice how many people are leaving for better jobs and why.

Pay is good, insurance is great, and the rank and file are hard working good people.

Cons

If you hang out or even know hiring managers then you don’t even have to be qualified for a role and still get the job. Some even say the quiet part out loud. During my time at AgFirst it occurred so much that it became a way of life, especially in the last year or less. People even get rewarded for throwing others under the bus to advance themselves and those that work hard get brushed to the side and stepped on. It cannot be denied. Just look around. Also, why is it okay to discuss other people’s business with people that do not have a right to know. It is disgusting.
