Pros

AgFirst recently integrated Agile methodologies to their Waterfall approach of Software Development. The work ethic and culture shift, pioneered by Ty Patterson, the PMO, and the Agile Team, was unlike anything I could've imagined. Traditional stereotypes of the "corporate banking" environment couldn't be more incorrect in terms of AgFirst. It is a culture of respect and collaboration in an effort to provide the most effective products and services. Overall, I am eternally grateful for the way AgFirst molded me into a young professional. They have changed my stigma toward large financial corporations.

I found myself talking about AgFirst too much outside of the office.
