Pros

The workplace culture is great! The organization really places an emphasis on their people and promote a work/life balance. In many jobs, hybrid remote work is offered. The pay is very competitive, and the benefits are incredible. There is a great 401K plan with an employer match. The workplace is also very diverse and is full of great people.

Cons

Not really a "con" but it can be a fast-paced working environment which is not for everyone. But there is a very collaborative atmosphere with co-workers which makes the workload lighter.

I have never worked at a better place. The support your teammates give you is unreal. I feel I have grown professionally in a short amount of time. AgFirst provides you with the tools necessary to learn on the job, become better as a professional, and to be a success in your field. I am very fortunate to be part of this organization.

Cons

I do not have any cons so far. Everything has been wonderful.
