Pros

Excellent benefits and great employee culture. Room to grow and advance. Great experience and they invest a lot of time and money into their employees for outside training. They do not micro manage. Free coffee and drinks.

Cons

Not as flexible with letting people work from home as other banks. Some jobs can be done without the need of coming into the office.

Excellent benefits, friendly work environment, management is very knowledgeable and helpful, this company cares about their employees, many perks.

Cons

very very large office floor with very low walls cubicles, other phone conversations and conversations among other employees is very distracting. Management seems to feel that should not be a problem.
