Hybrid schedule. Lots of events, trainings, and activities available and optional. Great building with lots of amenities and services. Great staff. Great work culture that puts people first. Managers are caring and accommodating. They promote growth within roles and value retention. Feedback is encouraged. Promote giving back to the community and volunteering. Employees are engaged and motivated. Tech is up to date and everything you need to do your job is available.

Cons

There really aren't any that I can think of.

The open workspace layout in the office took a little bit of an adjustment coming from cubicle land but I like it for the most part now
