Your opinion matters - if you are a man.

Pros

Management gives you plenty of space to do your job. They do not over manage or micro manage you. There is not much evening or weekend work expectations.

Cons

You don't have a voice if you are not on the upper level of management or if you are not a man. Though the women are the work horses, the men promote, hire and listen to men only. Management is rarely seen.

Pros

I think some people are really nice. I like the free drinks.

Cons

I think the leadership doesn’t know how to manage. The leaders take out their mistakes and lack of knowledge on the employees. I think there is a lot of favoritism. People who are favored get the jobs they like and then I think those that aren’t are given the grunt work.

Pros

Mostly Professional, the "majority" of the people employed were good.

Cons

Too many overtime hours required, free weekends were scarce, too many system changes at once without complete lateral system runs, some people were promoted to jobs that were over their heads.
