401k is nice and facilities are nice. Nice location that is close to middle of downtown. Free parking for employees.

Cons

Very Political place to work. Don't trust most of the Managers. They are only out to make themselves look good.

In the past it was a great company, but not anymore. There are still plenty of nice and very professional people. However, the environment and culture is rapidly deteriorating.

Cons

Wrong values: only the favorites are getting promotions and promotions are not merit-based. Your hard work will not be noticed and appreciated. Many employees are unhappy, leaving or looking for other opportunities.
