Benefits and most of the people are great people.

Cons

Management doesn't care anything about their people. They say they do, but they will fire a tenured employee without thought or good reason. I have nothing nice to say at this point, so I will stop here.

Most people are truly genuine down to earth to work with.

Cons

The upper management doesn't truly know what the regular employees are doing. The company does not appear to notice how many people are leaving for better jobs and why.
