Free sodas, coffees, juices, ciders, etc.

Cons

We have a very inflated sense of self. We are constantly talking about how engaged our staff is, yet I have been here three years and don't see it at all. What I see is a place for petty, nit-picky employees to find like minds.

Pros

I work with all the technology I need to develop instructional design: appropriate software, conference rooms with great tech features, Citrix environment to work remotely. I have an official agreement to work one day per week from home, a perk I enjoy. My supervisor and management are upbeat, personable, and dedicated to helping me succeed here. Everybody I've worked with in the company so far is friendly and kind. There is a sense of professionalism here to get the job done, but enjoy one another.

Cons

For me, it's only the commute to work. 100% telecommuting is not an option, but perhaps 2-days per week will become an option.

I have been with the company 25+ years and it has been a great experience where I have built my career among my mentors and friends who supported my along the way.

Cons

As with anything there will be days/contacts that frustrate but that is part of life and there are no cons that come close to outweighing the pros of being a part of this company.
