5yAgJunction offers competitive benefits as well as work-from-home flexibility as we navigate through the pandemic and the challenges that this presents to employees.
Communication has been increased and processes are being updated. ISO certification was achieved earlier this year and we are making improvements in numerous areas as we complete the transition of the consolidation to the Scottsdale office.

5ySince the beginning of the year, AgJunction has undergone major changes in executive and senior management and announced a new strategy that has led to better than expected results even with the pandemic. Work-from-home was implemented in March ahead of the governor’s recommendations and has been extended through year-end as employees continue to contend with childcare and back-to-school concerns in their respective areas.
Senior management has put a lot of time into improving employee engagement and company culture as well as building trust among the team as we transition through the changes.
