Flexibility - with COVID concerns and life in general, there is flexibility to maintain a work/life balance. Culture - Cross functional teams willing to help out. No ego's...we share the same vision. Transparency - Leadership does not hide behind the "curtain". Opportunities - There are always the opportunity to build and grow.

Cons

Insurance - As AJX is a smaller company, insurance premiums are a bit higher, but comparing to some of the big companies - not that much different. Otherwise, this team has accomplished a lot in the current conditions - and any challenges are met as a team and turn into experience.

Cons

Like other small companies, there are some growing pains with building strong processes. BUT with every challenge is a great opportunity!
