Casual environment, friendly coworkers, decent benefits, including 401k match. Flexible schedules allowed. Employee Enrichment and continuing education is encouraged by management.
Cons
Morale is taking a real dive due to the recent merger. Communication between management and staff is horrible (has been lacking even prior to merger). Uncertainty about the future of the business is affecting employees on all levels. New management has yet to be introduced to employees even though merger was completed 2 months ago. I think some unethical practices went into this merger. See better explanation on Novariant reviews. Salaries are low compared to similar jobs. Little room for growth. Sales are declining with no real plans to improve them, instead they seek to cut costs.
