Pros

Great culture and on great growth pattern! They truly treat everyone like family. Access to upper management that is unheard of all the way to COO. High standards and every building feels like a home. Residents are number 1 always!

Cons

Locations spread out with only 1 operation office. Hard to spend quality time with farther out locations.

Cons

The pay could be better, many of my coworkers complained about this and many left for better paying jobs (even if the work was harder)
